After Hours is the studio of Patrick Girdler and operates at the intersection of art and architecture. It is focused on an integrated approach to the design and fabrication process where the designer has a haptic role in each phase. This approach to design has allowed After Hours to complete several projects at a range of scales to tight deadlines and budgets. Most notably the studio has designed and fabricated several public art installations including Fractal and Tide. The studio also recently completed two private residence commissions, RK House and MP House.
